The Jot Stylus Rocks. Here’s Why:

The adonit Jot Stylus is unlike any other stylus on the market. Its ballpoint pen inspired tip allows you to see exactly where you are writing or drawing.

Adonit makes both a Pro and Mini version of the Jot stylus. The Pro has a built in rubber grip and a magnet. The magnet is strong, sticks nicely to the iPad, and doesn’t fall off when I walk around holding the device. Because the magnet is behind the rubber grip you do not have to worry about scratches on your iPad screen. The Jot Mini comes in 4 colors, and has a pocket clip to make up for the non-magnetized shaft.

Other rubber tip styli are no match for the Jot. It’s WAY smoother, and writes precisely. I use mine all the time with the Penultimate, Paper, and Draw Something apps. Curious to see the Jot in action? Come try it out for yourself at any Springboard Media location or check out the video demonstration below.

The AluPen from Just Mobile: Perfect for Your DrawSomething Masterpieces!

Hello readers, Katie from Springboard Media Exton here. If you’re an App addict like me, you’ve probably been playing the game DrawSomething for a few weeks now. If you haven’t, download it immediately (don’t worry there’s a free version)! DrawSomething is a Pictionary-like app where you and your partner take turns drawing images for the other person to guess. You might have noticed how hard it can be to make a great drawing while using just your finger tip. That’s where the AluPen comes in.

I wouldn’t say I’m a picky person, but it did take me about a week of internet and soul searching to decide on a stylus. I needed a tool that would help me perfect my DrawSomething skills, and that would also be great for everyday use (aka anytime you don’t feel like using your finger). The AluPen from Just Mobile was the clear winner.

The AluPen feels nice in your hand. It’s a little thicker and a tad heavier then most stylus pens, but I like the sturdier feel (it’s kind of like holding a marker). The tip looks like it would make too thick of a line, but its soft rubber material gives you a lot of room to play with line thickness and shading. The stylus also comes with a pretty sweet little protective sleeve to keep it safe while not in use, and it works well with either an iPhone or an iPad.
